When the tools didn't exist to stress-test condo reserves, I built them. When property intelligence reports weren't available to buyers, I created them. I train five days a week, practice Pilates for core strength and balance, and use sauna and cold plunge therapy as part of a daily recovery protocol. I don't drink. I play padel.
