Born in San Diego, raised between California and Lima, and built in Miami — Brian Oyola has spent over a decade in South Florida's luxury real estate market. He holds a Master's in International Real Estate and a BA in Finance and International Business, speaks four languages, and founded One International World to bring a level of analysis to real estate that the industry wasn't offering.

The headline price on a Miami luxury listing is marketing. Your actual cost is math. Zillow says one number. Redfin says another. Neither accounts for reserve fund health, special assessment risk, or the difference between what a building reports and what it actually needs. That gap between headline and net exposure is where I operate — combining data with the kind of market intuition that no algorithm can replicate.

When the tools didn't exist to stress-test condo reserves, I built them. When property intelligence reports weren't available to buyers, I created them. Years of working at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and real estate data have shaped a practice that's part brokerage, part technology company, and part long-term investment strategy.

I train five days a week, practice Pilates for core strength and balance, and use sauna and cold plunge therapy as part of a daily recovery protocol. I don't drink. I play padel. Every workout is designed around longevity and injury prevention — because there's no point building wealth if your body can't keep up. That same long-term lens shapes how I approach real estate. It led me to develop the concept of Financial Span: the intersection of real estate decisions, wealth preservation, and longevity. Every deal starts with one question: what's your real risk?
